A very efficient service. Booking by phone was easy and the operative friendly. I received follow up text messages confirming details of my booking. The evening before the engineer’s first visit I was sent a further text message about expected time of arrival. The engineer had to return with the part needed to fix my tumble dryer, and again I was kept in touch with timings. All in all, a good experience!
