It was very easy to book the appointment online and I was able to obtain a morning/afternoon ETA. When the engineer (Gavin) came, he was friendly and helpful and said he’d come back later if he could to fit a new part, if it turned out the initial fix had not worked. He then called me later to check if things were working fine. Very happy with the service provided.

I had an appointment booked for Thursday 25th Sept, but I got a text from Mat who had some availability on the day I booked, so my repair was done on 23rd and we had clean clothes for the next day. Win!
The engineer immediately identified a fault that had us baffled. Then set to to fix it, which he did quickly and effectively. I watched, with his approval, in case I could fix the fault myself in future, and quickly decided that it was beyond me! He was kind and informative about what was causing the fault and gave us useful information for how to monitor the equipment in the future. A great engineer, lovely person, and willing to share his knowledge. Quick as well. Cannot recommend enough.

Very easy booking process! Great communication leading up to the appointment. The repair was done fast and also Gary offered more information about our specific washing machine to ensure long running time. Will defiantly call on this service again if an issue arises.
