Easy to use website and booking system. Great communication from start to finish via email and text. Asked for the engineer to phone me when he was on his way which he did. Very polite and friendly engineer who carried out the repair to our electric oven efficiently and quickly.

Our old gas cooker needed a bit of tlc, having been neglected over the years. The technician quickly identified the problem, adjusted some components, checked the burners, cleaned the thermocouples
and made sure the burners lit correctly. Very pleased with the service and would use this company again, should the need arise.

We had a great experience. John the engineer was excellent in his communication, he gave us an earlier slit than was originally planned. He kept us updated about his arrival and the cost of any parts as well as the date of his second visit to install them. He then attended and completed the job as promised. He was highly professional throughout. Really pleased with the service.
