The engineer was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and potentially what may happen with the dishwasher in the future. Gave me advice for parts I may need to purchase if it was to be faulty again.
My plastic washing machine door had cracked near the hinge and required replacing. I contacted this company and arranged for an engineer to attend and give me a quote. I paid the up front service charge over the telephone. The engineer attend on time and thoroughly checked out the washing machine and repair required. I received a quote for the spare part with the option of removing any item I did not require (ie washing machine care kit). I then paid for the spare parts over the telephone and arranged for the engineer to complete the repair. All staff were friendly, the engineer arrived within stated time frame and completed the repair, tidying up afterwards. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was impressed straight away. The receptionist was efficient, helpful and pleasant. The fitter contacted us the evening before and gave us a time slot. The fitter came on time and fixed the issue promptly. He was efficient and pleasant. They did offer a next day visit but it wasn’t suitable so quickly sorted an alternative.

Your engineer arrived on time and within no time started work on our washing machine. He not only replaced the pump motor but also a wrongly fitted outflow pipe which was installed when the kitchen was upgraded some years ago.
