Arrived on time, diagnosis the problem within a couple of minutes, made the repair. All done in 15-20 minutes! Awesome job!

Kenneth the engineer was great. He contacted us prior to the visit indicating his arrival. His inspection and subsequent fault diagnosis was thorough so consequently the faulty item was replaced and the oven was fully tested. I would certainly recommend NAC and will contact them again should I need a repair.

Friendly lady answered the phone straightaway. I explained the problem. She said they would be able to fix it. She gave a price for the visit and repair which was reasonable. Their engineer will be in contact today to arrange an appointment tomorrow.
