After checking the dishwasher, the engineer was very upfront about the needed repairs and kindly suggested replacing it instead of fixing it.

The engineer Robert was very polite and friendly.
He had a very brief visit as my induction hob really didn’t have a fault the appliance was locked.
He was apologetic at having to charge the call out fee but that was the policy .
He was prompt on arrival .
I would certainly recommend NAC.

Needed my Oven Fan Extractor checked as it was no longer sucking the air away. Engineer arrived on time, was well mannered, and explained exactly what he was doing and answered any questions I had. It was an easy fix so didn’t need any parts. Call out was £100+ pricey but that seems to be standard these days and had put me off from doing anything straightaway. I will happily use these folks in future for any other appliance issues. Thanks.
