Leton kept in touch with me on his arrival time and when he arrived, he immediately got down to testing the refrigerator and thoroughly cleaned the operational parts. He was hard-working and diligent and tried really hard to find the required spares.
Excellent service and an understanding engineer that called out. Nothing was too much trouble and had our freezer fixed in no time. Cleaned up, wiped everything down and explained everything. Highly recommend.
Relatively new dishwasher not working. Contacted NAC, call answered immediately by a very helpful lady (Yvonne) who took details. Two days later got a message advising me of a visit that day, the engineer’s eta and name (Petco). He arrived punctually identified the problem straight away (door not closing properly). He remidied this and also spent a few minutes adjusting the plinth underneath to aviod a reccurance. The last time I had a problem with the dishwasher a couple of years ago I bought a new one. The store’s delivery man was surprised as it was, in his opinion, repairable but I had already paid for the replacement. This experience has taught me to seek the advice of experts (like NAC) before wasting money. Thanks NAC & Petco
