The website was easy to navigate. A telephone number is available, a helpful and real person answers. The response was speedy, Haydn surveyed the work on the Monday, I was given the option to proceed with the work, a quote for the ‘parts’ given by email. Haydn completed the work on the Friday. Haydn was polite, explained the reason for the mal- functioning cooker, and cleaned up before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My 4 year old dishwasher displayed a pressure system fault code so I rang NAC on a Friday and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged an engineer to visit. James came on the following Tuesday, on time and proved to be a polite and knowledgeable engineer. He gave me a lot of information regarding the fault and what dishwasher programs to use. I had to order a replacement item and received the invoice within the hour on my phone. After paying I received an appointment and James returned within a few days with the new part. Unfortunately the fault hid another defect and I went through the same quick procedure to buy the new part. Amazingly NAC refunded the whole of the previous cost, which I did not expect. Within a few days James visited and conducted a successful repair. I only paid for 1 call out charge and the replacement part. Well done NAC.

Becky on the phone was very helpful and Chris, the technician who came the next day knew exactly what was wrong. He made sure the oven was usable temporarily until spare parts arrived, then came back to complete the repair. I can’t fault the service.
