Thorough exam proved it was not financially worth repairing. Very helpful and quickly done.

Managed to fit in our repair much sooner than expected. Engineer was quick, conpletely fixed the issue with our fridge and gave a clear explanation to the issue and solution.

The person we spoke to on the phone initially (Sharon) was helpful and friendly too.

Sadly I didn’t catch the engineer’s name to give full praise but he was brilliant! Both in terms of fixing the issue but was really personable and friendly too.

Easy to book, came when asked, was slightly late but informed beforehand. Repair carried out at the first visit, no return needed. Parts were charged at internet rates. Very happy with service. Would use again.

Engineer cleared a blocked pump rather than simply install a new one saving me money. Friendly and helpful

From start to finish NAC Appliance Repair were spot on. Booking a time slot for the engineer was straight forward and efficient. I was kept informed in advance of visits and costs (which were reasonable). Ashley (the engineer) was really good, knowledgeable and personable.

Can’t fault it.

Patrick was polite friendly and very knowledgable about Miele microwaves and what I thought would be a very expensive repair job was in fact a simple quick fix. Call out fee I thought was reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use NAC Domestic Appliances again.
