Excellent! Well communicated from first phone call regarding dryer part of wash dryer wasn’t working. Member of staff was also excellent, attended in two days and completed the repair.

I was nervous of using the company because I’ve never used them before, or even heard of them and there’s always the risk of disappointment. However, I had a broken Smeg range oven (after 4.5 years of non use) and since it was out of warranty and the nearest approved engineer was 50 miles away I contact them.
Call out fee wasnt cheap but if it was fixable, that was the only labour fee.
After the call late on Friday (after the electrician had been and confirmed it was the oven) an appointment was made for the following Tuesday. The engineer confirmed this the night before with a slot between 1-6pm which wasnt ideal but you get told where you are on the list, so you can gauge roughly when. On the day he let me know when he was setting off for mine.
He came, was polite, professional and seemed knowledgeable and assured me it just needed parts and I would receive a call with a quote. I had a quote by the end of the day which I responded to immediately and was booked in for replacements on Friiday – given that they tell you to allow 5 days for parts and 5 days for fitting, I was very happy with this.
He came yesterday and again was professional, replaced the parts and was on his way within about half an hour, at the end of which I had a fully functional oven.
Overall I am very pleased. I feel I had good value for money, the company were highly efficient and speedy and my engineer Haydn was excellent and reassuring. Ultimately, my expensive range oven which had been sat in storage for so long, and which I could never afford to replace, works like new. Would definitely recommend this company.
