I’m writing this review 5 stars so people avoid this place and read this post avoid this company its scammers do not use they have ripped a mother off and her disabled kids they took the money and promised to come back with the part then I rang the company women who answers sounds alright at the start the engineers do till they take your payment and go on the missing list and they said she needs to get the money of the engineer that the engineer took the payment not them and that it’s nothing to do with the company how’s it nothing to do with the company when she went trough them don’t waste your money or time the company and the engineers are clearly ripping everyone off look at the 1 star reviews over a week and not contact with her read the messages and blanked her it’s disgusting £75 down avoid avoid avoid

Quick and efficient

This company was able to give me an early date to repair my broken down washing machine. The engineer texted the night before with a time window and then when he was on his way. He was cheerful, polite and efficient. Excellent service and value.

Becky was very attentive. I am in need of an appliance fixed and she listened to me clearly abd we found a solution quickly

Prompt service by a friendly, professional engineer (well done, Nick!). A one off labour charge, fast ordering of the parts required and another prompt visit. What’s not to like?

Excellent service from start to completion, initial call explained the process clearly and offered multiple attendance dates and fixed charge. Pre attendance communication was clear and the engineer arrived on time and explained the repair. Due to issues with parts he was required to re attend on 2 further occasions before completing the repair. Good to find an organisation that you can trust and deals with you fairly, I would highly recommend them. Great service at a reasonable price which is difficult to find. Many thanks.
