Christopher was very good with the elderly customer (my aunty), easily fixed the electrical problem with the cooker and gave good advice for future reference. Also followed up by phone with me to confirm what had been done.
Excellent customer service

I had two appliances that needed repair. Booking a time slot was very easy and efficient. Greg let me know when he was on his way, arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven. He was able to fix it without needing any additional parts, and while the oven was doing a ‘test run’ he got on with finding and fixing the blockage in my dishwasher. From start to finish the service has been excellent and I have no hesitation in highly recommending the company. I will certainly be using them again, should the need arise.
