Made an appointment over the phone nice and easy. Paid the fee, which included all the labour and callout.
James, the engineer, came and identified the problem on my American fridge freezer. They ordered the part and got back to me very quickly to replace it. Would definitely use them again. Good service!!!

The dishwasher hadn’t washed up for a while, unhappy wife, unhappy me, I had to do it. I reluctantly rang NAC thinking they are likely to say “new one needed”. The lady who answered made it very clear of the cost, the process etc and booked us in with an engineer that suited our convenience. I was texted the night before our appointment to confirm that the appointment was still convenient for us. The guy arrived on time, made a fuss of our dogs, did all the the tests, diagnosed the fault and sorted what he could there and then and returned and fitted new parts as needed a couple of days later. He dealt with payment which was as per quote and included VAT (not an add on). Result, everybody happy, with sparkling glasses and dishes.
