The customer service assistant was very polite and friendly and so far the experience has been good as they have given me a Monday appointment on Friday afternoon and offered to bring this forward if they have any free slots.

Mitch is a very pleasant polite young man who did a thorough job in replacing the door on our washing machine. He also pointed out another fault and ordered a spare part.
They came to service my integrated dishwasher the next day, couldn’t fix it so arranged a replacement for the following day, fitted it, took my old one away. Fitters were helpful and polite. Couldn’t fault them. Very pleased.

Engineer arrived on time was smart and polite. He engaged with me answering my questions both specific to the repair and of a more general nature, taking time to explain as appropriate.
He systematically worked to eliminate potential problems as part of the diagnostic process to arrive at the actual problem, which he then fixed. He then ran test programs to check everything was working.
He didn’t appear to be under any time pressures and it took as long as it took.
I would highly recommend both the company and the engineer.
