Having bought a new unit to replace the faulty unit, decided that it would need someone with a bit of experience to fix it. Phoned NAC and they arranged the engineer to come. He arrived on time and having watched him replace the unit glad I had not tried to do it myself. To many plastic clips for my fingers. Did not take that long and we had a working tumble drier again.
Although I contacted NAc with a request for a repair, it wasn’t them that came, it was a company called Topfreeze, there wasn’t a problem with this company everything turned out ok they diagnosed the problem ordered the part then came back to fix it. However I would like to have been told by NAC that it wouldn’t them that I would be dealing with
