Called NAC to repair the grille on a Rangemaster cooker. Communication was excellent confirmation text the day before agreed date with a firm time. Steve the engineer text me 30 mins before the appointment confirming exact time of arrival. Problem identified and repaired with full explanation of the problem. Clean and efficient repair carried out by a curious and respectful engineer. My experience was truly 5 Star !!!
