The engineer came earlier than scheduled as he was working just a few doors away so I had my dishwasher working 3 days earlier than scheduled. He spotted the problem straight away and fixed it in 15 minutes. I’m very happy with the service

Our washing machine sprung a leak on a Saturday night so I emailed NAC with details of the problem. I got a call back first thing on Monday morning informing me that they had allocated my job to a local engineer and that he’d call between 10 am and 2 pm to effect a repair. Danny called me between those times to let me know he was only a half hour away. My repair took a few minutes to fix and he ran a quick wash cycle checking for leaks, there were none. I felt that the callout charge was well worth the cost of having my machine back in working order. I wouldn’t hesitate in using NAC’s services in future or in recommending them to friends and family.
