Appliance Repairs can be very stressful but I had quite a positive experience in the front end customer service, Becky as well with the visit of our contractor Graeme. Both were very helpful attentive, and I had a contractor visit the next day. Totally worth it the cost
Vladimir came to do a microwave repair.. Sadly it was redundant and I need a new one . Very helpful and pleasant. Helped me with measurements and we looked at other appliance options. Would recommend this company. Thankyou

Booked on a Friday for the following Monday received a message stating a time. Took around an hour to check the machine unfortunately the machine needed parts which made the repair not really viable. Price was exactly that quoted would recommend

The repair to our fridge-freezer involved only the ‘door open’ alarm, so it was not urgent. I was able to book a repair online over the weekend for Tuesday. With the acknowledgement came our engineer’s direct phone number, and I was able to send him a text on Monday asking him to confirm his ETA. In fact shortly afterwards he phoned me to see if we were in. His job that day took him close to our house, so our repair was done sooner than we thought. Very friendly and helpful engineer Mark! Will call on him again if we need to.

Leesa answered my call very promptly. She was very friendly and professional. She took a note of the appliance issues and clearly explained the charges. I received a text whilst still on the call confirming an appointment date which was reassuring. I only called just before 5pm on a Wednesday & the appointment is on Friday so a very prompt service.
Quick and easy to arrange an engineer . Becky was super helpful over the phone and the engineer has called and will be here within 24 hours. Just hope he can complete the repair.
