The initial communication with the booking service was clear and very helpful in terms of timing, cost and the engineer’s details. The engineer then phoned shortly afterwards to advise on arrival time. He was extremely professional and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. The service, both the booking and the repair, was outstanding.
