Fast visit from engineer who explained the issue and gave us the options. Unfortunately the PCB was faulty which meant a fix was unviable as we would be better buying a new washing machine.

You get a text the night before giving a range of time when engineer will arrive, plus where you are in the queue so you can have a good guess when they’ll arrive. The chap who turned up to do diagnostics and repair clearly knew exactly what he was doing, found out the issue and got the parts ordered. Came back a few days later and had the issue sorted in about 30 minutes, including testing. Appliance is now back to full health. Cost seemed very fair, to me at least. All in all, difficult to see how you could have a better experience really.

Quick,Easy and Efficient from start to finish. Yvonne took my details and she was friendly and Knowledgeable and booked my appointment for the next day. Florin was my engineer. He arrived on time and spotted the problem in minutes, unfortunately I needed a new machine, mine being old, and he recommended several brands without favouring any, he, also, was friendly and happy. From the initial enquiry to the completion of the job, NAC provided a friendly and professional service. After phoning the company on a Wednesday, Danny rang me 5 mins later to arrange to visit the following day which he did. He had to order the necessary part but came back on the Monday and carried out the repair. I would thoroughly recommend NAS.

Repair was logged with easy for next day, Date had to be changed due to engineer workload. Andy arrived the following day after keeping me fully updated, diagnosed the fault and replaced faulty water pump during the visit. Excellent service by Andy, Good price including part costs, would absolutely use again.
