From start to finish NAC Appliance Repair were spot on. Booking a time slot for the engineer was straight forward and efficient. I was kept informed in advance of visits and costs (which were reasonable). Ashley (the engineer) was really good, knowledgeable and personable.

Patrick was polite friendly and very knowledgable about Miele microwaves and what I thought would be a very expensive repair job was in fact a simple quick fix. Call out fee I thought was reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use NAC Domestic Appliances again.
