The dryer on my washer dryer had failed – not what I needed with winter coming – I rang NAC and spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful. I made an appointment for the next day for an engineer to call. Wayne, the engineer contacted me directly to arrange a time and was right on time. He diagnosed the fault within minutes, as the part that needed replacing was specific to my machine it had to be ordered which Wayne did. He came the following working day and fitted it. All working well now.
All this brilliant service for £75 call out and all labour including the return visit plus parts.
What not to like. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Very helpful engineer who explained the situation and repaired the tumble dryer. We accept that it may well malfunction again. Although the drum paddles were refitted the threads which hold the screws may well be damaged and a replacement part wasn’t available.

Easy to book appointment at time that was convenient to me. Engineer rang to confirm and give time slot for the appointment in advance so did not have a wait in all day. Very knowledgeable engineer. Problem solved immediately and did not take long to rectify.

I booked a repair to a Rangemaster hob. It was easy to book and an engineer attended within a couple of days and fixed the problem fast. Recommended.

Excellent service and good communication.Engineer was polite and professional. He completed the job within an hour and explained what the problem was before he left. He charged the upfront quoted price which I paid by card. The dishwasher is now working fine saving me the cost of replacing it. Would recommend and use this Company again,

Really friendly staff both the lady that took my call, and the engineer. Had to book repair of fridge freezer for my elderly father, they were understanding of our situation.

Oven door locked, from first contact to finished repair the service by phone, and engineers who came, were first class all round, have saved you web site for any future repairs

Booked my washing machine in with NAC and they had someone out the next day.

Ken (the technician) kept me informed with when he’d be arriving and what he believed was wrong with the washing machine. He was polite and punctual. Unfortunately the part would’ve cost more than it was worth to repair but that’s not the fault of Ken of NRC.
