Very easy service. Came diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had bad experience with Hotpoint trying to sell repair plans etc. NAC just sent an Engineer the next day. Call out charge and part price. No hidden charges. Very impressed.
Andy was punctual, very respectful, and did and excellent repair to my washing machine.
As promised engineer Scott Kerr came out to repair my washing machine the following day. He arrived on time and did a great job repairing my old machine and no excessive call out charge. I would certainly recommend him to anyone requiring repairs to their kitchen white goods.
