Could not fault company. Never heard of NAC, and after looking at reviews , decided to give them a try. Glad i did. Spoke yesterday to a lovely lady who explained costing and that local engineer would contact. This happened and engineer advised ETA and rang this morning with 30 minute arrival time. Fault quickly found and price for repair given prior to starting. lot cheaper than I expected. Would recommend to anyone and would have no problem in using again.

A straight forward easy to navigate booking procedure.

Initially speaking with Yvonne was lovely, she told me exactly what the process was and the price. I knew who was coming and when. Ben the service engineer phoned to tell me he was on his way. Such a lovely lad, would definitely recommend NAC repair.
