Being a family of four, it was a bit stressful when our washing machine broke down (probably because the kids keep forgetting to empty their pockets before loading the washer!). Responded quickly to my enquiry. Clean efficient workman. Confirmed it would not be an economic repair, so I’ve bought new. He was able to tell me the dishwasher was over 7 years old, and it came free when we bought the house three years ago, so I was not too disappointed!
