Our initial phone call was answered promptly. The advisor was friendly was very helpful and understood our problem. She advised us on the cost of work and arranged for a engineer to contact us for a time slot the next day.

I contacted NAC to request an engineer visit as I had a problem with my Bosch washing machine. The booking process was easy and the telephone operator was polite and helpful. A young man called Stephan arrived on the agreed date and in the time period I was given. As it turns out the problem with my machine was easily sorted. Stephan was polite efficient and helpful and the problem was fixed relatively quickly. Stephan was kind enough to give me some advice on how to avoid the same problem happening again with my machine. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received from NAC and Stephan. I would happily recommend NAC.
