Tom came to do the original assessment of my cooker and advised me of the issues and placed the order for the spare replacement parts making sure I got the best prices. He was polite and arrived in the time slot. When Tom came to do the repair itself he was very clean and tidy, and completed the work within a reasonable timeframe, again he arrived within the time slot. I would be more than happy for him to do other repairs but that might be tempting fate with other appliances……..LOL! Thank you to the office team as well as very helpful at the time of the original call.

Tumble dryer broken. Called, same day call out arranged. Dan called to say roughly how long he would be. He sorted the problem quickly. I paid a service charge over the phone which was quick and easy and then paid the cost of the new part by card in person. Excellent service.
