I booked a repair to our fan oven on a Monday and the engineer came on Tuesday morning. He called ahead to give us an ETA and arrived on time. He had a mat to put the oven on to protect the floor and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem.

Appliance Repairs can be very stressful but I had quite a positive experience in the front end customer service, Becky as well with the visit of our contractor Graeme. Both were very helpful attentive, and I had a contractor visit the next day. Totally worth it the cost
