very knowledgeable and helpful

I did a very stupid thing with my new oven,if l said it locked me out with items inside and l forced the door I will say no more.All though it was under warranty l couldn’t get the help needed so l turned to NAC. All fixed in less than a week with them.Very nice to deal with,everything explained and no hidden costs.Did you know you have to have a separate switch in the kitchen for the oven well l do now thanks to them.

I was kept informed of arrival time by repair engineer.he was prompt on time given and was polite and explained all the problems with the repair and gave me a cost of repair.

Clear messaging as to when the engineer would arrive.
Engineer knew exactly what to do and had the right spare part in his van (even though the needed part was not what he expected).
Quickly and efficiently replaced part and tested cooker.
Pricing was clear.

Rang NAC when our 10 year old washing machine began leaking and made an appointment for an engineer to take a look. Josh called round explained the problem and ordered a spare part. Within a few days the washing machine was fixed. Resonably priced and efficient. Thank you Josh
