We needed the inside of the cooker hood chimney cleaning because it was very greasy. The engineer Coby called to do the work, unfortunately he wasn’t provided with any cleaning materials or cloths. We provided cleaning materials and cloths for him to do the work. Very satisfied with Coby but his company should have provided the materials etc to do the work.

The company where very responsive called me back and directed me to arrange an appointment. The Engineer Muj was helpful, professinal and friendly. He fixed my dishwasher blockage and gave me some helpful advice.
Booking a callout was really quick and easy. Costs were clearly explained. Hopefully the start of a good repair experience!
