Eithan The engineer contacted us on the day of appointment and requested he would arrive within the required time . Very polite engineer respected the house was neat and tidy . Was efficient and advised with regard to the fault and assisted us with way to move forward . Very impressed.

The engineer came the next day and said I needed a new pump for my Bosch dishwasher. He said it could take a week. However I was pleasantly surprised when he rang a couple of days later and came to fit the part on a Sunday which was fabulous as otherwise I would have had to juggle work commitments. There was only one call out charge plus the cost of the pump and the engineer didn’t leave until he was fully satisfied all was working. Great service
