From start to completion I cannot fault this company. Telephone call answered promptly and politely, emails and texts confirming date then call from engineer with time window. He arrived well within window given, smart, friendly and very efficient. Diagnostic carried out, unfortunately given the approximate cost of repairs I opted for replacement, liked the fact that there was no pressure for costly. All round excellent service and will definitely recommend.
Engineer arrived super fast (later same day). They diagnosed the issue with my oven quickly and arranged to come back once the required parts arrived.

The telephone booking system was easy and the engineer arrived the next day in good time. Unfortunately our dishwasher was beyond repair but we were then able to arrange a new one to be delivered quickly
