We had a broken handle/lock on the washer/dryer. Rangel opened the lock and fixed the existing within a very short period of time. He was very helpful and my wife was perfectly happy with his explanation/guidance.

NAC contacted MBAR Services from Barking to carryout the work. I found the engineers, Mr Humza and Mr Collin, very professional and competent with the repair. Despite the complexity of getting the parts needed, they persisted to complete the work to customer satisfaction and carried out full test for leaks etc to ensure the new door fits well . Strongly recommended.

Fantastic! I called for. repair on Wednesday afternoon and by lunchtime Thursday, our oven was back up and running. Excellent friendly engineer wearing his mask and being very aware of the current situation.
This company is a booking service for independent engineers so their service is probably only as good as the engineer in your area. In my case, no complaints whatsoever. Sent a message to the company Sunday evening, engineer called back 9am on Monday and my cooker was fixed by 10am! Excellent service and reasonably priced.
Engineer arrived, masked up, rang me before arrival, courteous, explained everything I asked, would recommend.
