The engineer (Wez) arrived early and was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Fixed my machine and explained in detail what he had done. Would highly recommend, excellent value for money.

The young engineer that attend to repair my washing machine examined itthoroughly and told me that a simple blockage was causing the problem- the washing machine was working in 15 mins. A previous examination under a domestic and general care policy by a company called Sertronics Commercial- had resulted in a new pump being identified as required and a 2 week wait for the part. After becoming desperate(constantly having the date for receipt of part moved forward) I called NAC and the helpful lady on the line gave me a next morning appointment, and their young man sorted the problem quickly, with no parts required.
No more needs to be said. NAC, you were a godsend!!! Very, very impressed.
