You didn’t over promise but in fact both your visits were earlier than expected and the engineer who visited on both occasions was very professional and easy to chat to. He completed his work quickly and efficiently. The engineer was on time, polite and efficient. I was informed of the appointment day and he called to say how long he would be on the day. He arrived within 20 minutes of his call. He was neat and tidy and the oven works perfectly. I am very pleased.

Took a few minutes to answer at first but subsequent call handling was efficient and communication was very good. Prompt service. Had to wait a few days for part. Overall very satisfied.
