I was totally satisfied with the service that I received. It was first class. I had a problem with my washing machine which had stopped working.. I called NAC at abou9.45am to see if they could come and look into the problem. Their service engineer (Adrian) arrived at my house at about 10.15am and found the problem very quickly. The machine needed a parts replacement which he fitted immediately and Adrian left me with a fully functioning washing machine. Adrian was extremely friendly and courteous.

Neil the repairs engineer came on time. He found it difficult to pull out the dishwasher but he persevered and completed the repair successfully. The work took over 90 mins but he didn’t give up. Thank you.

Engineer rang in morning told me what time he would arrive he came on time found the fault right away exchanged part got oven working in 15 minutes excellent service would recommend
