I hardly ever bother to review any product or service but in this instance I have made an exception because of the superb level of service right from the initial phone call to the final repair. Casey was an absolute star and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would absolutely recommend this company without any hesitation whatsoever
Great service, polite engineer fixed the problem quickly
The repair man turned up when I was expecting him, was friendly and tidy. Fixed the machine and explained what had gone wrong. He was very careful, when moving the machine about, not to damage the flooring.
Had a leak coming from my washing machine. Booked an appointment. Engineer came promptly. He identified I needed a new hose and fitted it there and then. All working fine now.

Engineer was able to quickly identify possible cause of the problem but not able to rectify it as it requires an electrician
