From the first contact with nac the customer experience has been fantastic. Great communication, quickly booked in, engineer in touch on day to let me know he was half hour away. Very polite and solved the issue quite quickly which has saved me £300 buying a new machine. Would 100% recommend and will use in future if I ever have any other issues with appliances. Great value for money
Really impressed with the service from NAC today (first time I’ve used them). Our electric oven seems to be cooking unevenly so we called them out thinking there was a fault. They did a thorough check and found nothing wrong, so at least we know this. They didn’t try to upsell us anything that we didn’t need. The compliance manager came out with the engineer – it’s comforting to know that the company is proactive with quality control. I recommend these guys.
