Excellent communication with the company. Engineer arrived at expected time. Diagnosed the fault and explained clearly why it could not be fixed. Cost £90 to have confirmed something I already suspected i.e. fridge too old to be repaired, but that was my choice.
Nick had been to us in the past and knew what was necessary to repair the oven which he did efficiently and timely.
