Our Samsung Ecobubble washing machine wasn’t draining. We’d done the usual checks and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Called NAC in the morning and Christopher came out the same afternoon. Stripped down the appliance, cleaned it out and found the problem. Excellent service, very reasonable rates and I would highly recommend. We’ll definitely use NAC again.

I was a bit wary of using a national organisation when I couldn’t find a local company to fix my washing machine. I needn’t have worried. Cost was very reasonable, repair quicky completed and communications outstanding. I hope I don’t need them again but would not hesitate to call them if I did.
All of the engineers who came over were professional and polite. Our machine was mended quickly. The receptionists who booked in our request were understanding and helpful. The service all round was outstanding.
