We had a problem with the water dispenser and Ice/ crushed ice dispenser in our American style Kenwood Fridge-Freezer. We initially called out servicemen from a reputed nationwide company and what a waste of time that was. They had two callouts – one who stated parts were ordered and tge next, whi came to say that they had not got the parts and this problem could not be sorted; leaving us thinking our only option was to get a new fridge.
Thank God we found NAC – Not only they kept to their word and their staff turned up the same evening, he was polite and explained what the problem was and what he was going to order. he told us exactly what to expect and then, turned up today to complete the job.
Hats off to NAC – this is what Business and work ethics should look like. Definitely a company I will be recommending to everyone I know

You didn’t over promise but in fact both your visits were earlier than expected and the engineer who visited on both occasions was very professional and easy to chat to. He completed his work quickly and efficiently. The engineer was on time, polite and efficient. I was informed of the appointment day and he called to say how long he would be on the day. He arrived within 20 minutes of his call. He was neat and tidy and the oven works perfectly. I am very pleased.
