Excellent service. Really easy to get an appointment. Kept up to date with arrival times. The engineer was professional and explained and fixed the issue with my fridge.I would recommend and use this company again.
On the initial visit what was wrong was clearly explained the parts were ordered and came when they said the engineer was very efficient fitting the parts at the time he texted I was very pleased with my whole experience with NAC

Easy to contact to arrange call-out. Quick and punctual arriving same day as initial phone call. Engineer efficiently identified problem with the oven. New part ordered there and then. New part installed the same day it was delivered.
It was easy to book the repair wuth a fixed price for attendance and labour wuth a good choice of days for the visit.
I received notification of eta the purvis evening.
When the engineer came, he quickly found the cause of the fault and rectified it right away.
