Great service by NAC. Responded promptly and turned up on time. Casey did an efficient analysis of the problem and explained all the diagnostics as he went along. Solved the problem easily……defrosting required, even though its a frost-free fridge 🙄. Very pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend NAC for repairs of this nature.

NAC were super easy to deal with. Easy online booking and subsequent communications. Engineer turned up on time, was very friendly and had my washing machine fixed and working within the hour (including thorough due diligence to make sure everything was working as expected). Very happy with the service and the overall experience. Would highly recommend.
