Really impressed with NAC. I had been struggling to ring someone to fix my cooker, but was able to complete an online form in the evening. I received a text as promised the next morning confirming my booking and a further text the evening prior to the visit to check it was still ok. The price was reasonable and the engineer fixed my problem straight away. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

If only more repairers were this good. Chris arrived on time and dealt with the problem (a drier that had stopped working). It took him more than an hour as he worked non-stop delving further into the machine as he worked out what had caused the problem – fixing it then testing the machine. All for a very reasonable £78 with a three month guarantee.
If any more of my appliances need repair it looks as if NAC will be getting the work.
