Brilliant engineer- Nick. The site does give the impression that faults can be fixed on the day but where parts are required one should expect it to take up to 5 days for repairs to be completed

The engineer provided by NAC was excellent. Initial communication with NAC was spot-on; I was given choices of booking dates/times; when I made a selection NAC was quick to respond and confirm. The engineer arrived well within the agreed booking window. He was polite, patient, efficent, tidy and knowledgeable. He undertook the work with the minimum amount of disruption to our home and time. The engineer explained the issue with my product in detail. He talked me through ways to check and look out for future faults. He waited to checked that the product was functioning properly several times before declaring it was ‘fixed’ (ensuring that his work had definitely solved the problem). He also tested the power plug to make sure that was working correctly. The way he explained the call-out warranty on the repair, and the wider NAC policy on any future issues was very helpful and informative. My experience was positive in every sense and I would strongly recommend NAC and the engineer who attended today. Many thanks!

Would highly recommend nac, you can book an appointment and pay online straight away if you prefer. Explained what was wrong online before repair man came. I thought NAC had forgot to call, however that was a mistake and an Engineer rang within 20 minutes and arrived within minutes and carried out a repair, no parts ere required.
