I requested a next day call out via their website. Received confirmation of appointment time. Engineer rang to give me an earlier appointment. Arrived on time and fixed the problem very quickly. Wonderful service. Would definitely recommend them.

Labour charge was determined upfront, so no hidden extras. We received the confirmation of the time of the visit the evening before and a text on the day to confirm the engineer was on his way. The engineers arrived on time and were very thorough/professional and left the area clean and tidy. Excellent Service.
