From the first contact with nac the customer experience has been fantastic. Great communication, quickly booked in, engineer in touch on day to let me know he was half hour away. Very polite and solved the issue quite quickly which has saved me £300 buying a new machine. Would 100% recommend and will use in future if I ever have any other issues with appliances.
