booking the repair was easy the fitter was very keen and he quickly found the cause of the problem and he had the part required in his van. great service!

Received excellent service from company by phone and very efficient service from engineer Aaron with the repair and installation of a new oven element. New element had to be ordered (ie.not the most popular oven range from a fully fitted kitchen !) and paid for before ordering, but Aaron returned to fit without any further call out charge. Very pleasant and efficient young man. Would not hesitate in using again.
