Nathan the engineer arrived a few minutes before my time slot which suited me and there was no waiting around. The repair was as expected with the fan motor unit replace in around 15 minutes.

An engineer was able to come same day within half an hour of booking. Repair was done very quickly, very happy with the service.
Wes was fantastic.. Lovely guy who knows his stuff. Couldn’t find fault with my appliance but it’s often the case for us that it’s temperamental so I understand. He did a have a full go at trying to find the fault, so said video it next time it happens. Very thorough and would highly recommend.
