Received excellent service from company by phone and very efficient service from engineer Aaron with the repair and installation of a new oven element. New element had to be ordered (ie.not the most popular oven range from a fully fitted kitchen !) and paid for before ordering, but Aaron returned to fit without any further call out charge. Very pleasant and efficient young man. Would not hesitate in using again.

Tumble drier problem sorted out to my complete satisfaction by two very polite and professional people. Electrical checks carried out following identification of the problem. Engineer Adrian & colleague arrived on time as agreed. I will use again if necessary.
