Our washing machine died mid-cycle so I called NAC. They arranged an engineer who arrived within a couple of hours who worked out what was wrong. Unfortunately he didn’t have the part he needed on the van, but it was really easy to arrange a further visit once the part was available at a time to suit me. The engineer Matt was friendly, professional and thorough and the whole process was really easy. Communication from the customer service team was also excellent. Would definitely use again, although (fingers crossed) I won’t have to for a while.
