Courtney arrived quickly, and was polite. He fixed the problem quickly. I loved that my repair could be done on the same day and didn’t have to waste another day trying to sort it out.

On arrival, he quickly checked the oven, and found he had the appropriate spare part in his kit.
In less than 1 hour the part was fitted and the oven was tested and working.
Engineer was here within an hour or so of me calling,fault found ,sorted and machine tested and back in service in about 30minutes later .
