Although he didn’t find a specific fault with my washing machine I feel reassured that it has been rigorously checked. I have added NAC’s contact details to my list of useful contacts and will certainly use them in the future.
Polite, professional, explored the issue, talked through what they would do at each step to diagnose and remedy the issue, explained in plain English what had potentially happened and how they would run checks to ensure the repair had resolved the issue. Great and transparent service and aftercare guaranteed for 3 months if issue arises again. Could not fault the service or outcome!!! Would absolutely recommend to others!!!

The engineer despite being early and my missing him, with one call to the company still managed to get to me the same day and in good time.
