They sent my dad a text to say they were on their way, and when the engineer arrived he gave our washer a thorough clean out.

I had regular messages updating me and advising of the issue and the progress. The engineer explained the problem with my washing machine and advised the new part would take about 5 working days to be delivered and he would come back to fit it. I was informed when it became available and given an appointment. Very impressed.
