Having discovered what the issue was a part was ordered. The same engineer returned the next week. The faulty cooker fan replaced with no fuss. Communication via text and email was excellent. Would recommend.

My Oven was not working for a while and i called NAC for repair, spoke to customer service informed me how much it would cost which i agreed and made arrangements immediately for Oven to be fixed. I had a notification after spoken to the customer service and the engineer came on time on the date slot and fixed the oven with minimal cost which i am now enjoying using again. Thanks to NAC, i am very grateful.
