Gentleman who attend repair in me house knew str8 away whats wrong he was very professional I could not ask for better person he repeat twice how should i care about fridge in future and he was very nice and polite.
NAC Engineer James Keith changed the element on our Neff oven. All tested and on his way within the hour. Fantastic service and value.

Really smooth process – excellent communication from the admin team and the engineer Wez who came out twice – once to diagnose and secondly to repair. Very professional, clean and tidy worker and made sure I was informed all the way through the process and explained the repairs needed, cost etc. Would very much recommend as a service provider.

Really impressed that NAC were open for business over Xmas. Spoke to Becky who was super friendly and helpful and arranged for an engineer to come out that same day. The engineer Nick quickly established what the problem with our oven was. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He ordered the part required and within a few days was back to fit it. This was a fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend NAC.
