The engineer knew exactly what was wrong, and had the problem solved within five minutes. Furthermore, he arrived within the stated time frame (with seconds to spare)

The engineer arrived on time, got to work on our oven and found the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem there and then and the issue was resolved. Very friendly, clean and tidy worker. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient from start to finish,arrived on the job,assessed the problem ,told me what was wrong then ordered replacement parts came back a few days later to fit them ,tested the appliance and it’s working great now 5*****many thanks👍👍

Very prompt and efficient service delivered particularly by Andrew the Engineer who performed the job, returned very quickly once the required part was delivered and communicated really well so I was up to speed with the progress of the part and the repair. Would highly recommend

My engineer took the time to listen to the problems I had with the appliance then proceeded with the necessary work to solve the problem, explaining what he was doing and how to avoid similar problems in the future.

Found out it wasnt a fridge malfunction but a CO2 machine that needed new batteries. Very pleased for his help as i am an 80yr old .
